Bedroom access: up to 10 guests have access to three bedrooms. The fourth bedroom, with a separate entrance near the pool, is included for groups of 11–14.

Walk down to the beach, listen to the waves and enjoy a quieter side of Surf City. The house is not beachfront and does not have an ocean view; the beach is approximately a five-minute walk away.
How to Walk to the Beach
La Beach House is located inside the private Xanadú community, approximately a five-minute walk from a beautiful, secluded beach surrounded by nature. You do not need to leave Xanadú to reach the beach.
Directions from the house
When leaving La Beach House, turn left onto Calle Silvestre. Continue until you reach the STOP sign, then turn left again. Walk a little farther uphill until you see a street on your right. Turn right onto that street and follow it to the beach access.
The entire walk takes place within the Xanadú community, without going onto the coastal highway.
☀️ We recommend visiting during daylight hours, as the pathway has limited lighting at night. Please be mindful of ocean and tide conditions.
